ColdNetwork's 2.5 Update Good Afternoon Community, We are happy to announce our ColdNetwork 2.5 Update on the Cold Network. This is our best update to date with the amount of things releasing, being updated and events happening. Make sure to keep all the dates in mind as some have changed of when we will be releasing these gamemodes to the public. Kits will be releasing this Saturday at 11 AM EST followed by HCF on Sunday at 1 PM EST. We have put a lot of effort into this project and would love your feedback so please feel free to reach out to us with things you wish to see changed as well as. We could not have done with without our amazing staff team that creates these memories for our entire community. Map Duration: 2 Weeks F-TOP Prize: 150$ Paypal PVP Gameplay Experience Balance Considering almost everyone had top rank, best armor, and ability possible it was not fun to pvp and grind for event keys which resulted in the community getting bored of the map quickly. In order to fix this we decided to make the executive decision to do the following. • Reset all seasonal ranks, buycraft and non paid gkits • Full P3 can only be found in Event Crates, CE Armor can only be found in Flares, Best Sword can only be found in Cold & Event Crate with very low changes • Partner Package, God ability box, lootbox, crate, flare has its own exclusive ability item which means you now have to grind for each ability item. • Grappling hooks can only be found in event crate as its insanely advantageous for chasing therefor we have made it ultra rare. Ability Items & Meta We have had too many ability items on Kits which made gameplay annoying for everyone. As a result we have pruned most of the ability items and only kept the following. • Event Crate: Rocket, Grappling hook, grabber • V2.5 Flare: Hunger Bagueete, Pocket Bard, Med Kit, Disarmer Wand • Partner Package: Rage Strenght, Debuff Potato, Pearl Reset, Pre Pearl, Scrambler, Nausea Axe, Trench Pickaxe • God Ability Box: Golden Head, Time Warp, Switcher Ball, Anti Build Bone, Pake Pearl, Resistance 3, Olympia Shotgun • Mystery Lootbox: Combo Fish, Sun, Reverse Ninja Track, Ninja Track Balances we also made to ability itmes and added new ability items which can be found in Partner & Owner crates • Portable Witch: Gives debuff effects to opponents • Portable Archer: Spawns a skeleton that will archer tag your enenmies • Harry's Cloak: Hides yourself and your armor • Time Store: Resets all ability cooldowns • Adam's Apple: Resets gapple cooldown • Trap Acivator: Deactivates nearest levers NEW End, Mini Nether, Warzone, Overworld Map's • [End] Finally we now have a new end consisting two main islands connected to one another with a bridge. • [Mini Nether] Mars has been replaced with Mini Nether in order to promote team fights. Abilities are disabled in this world and on top of that Citadel also has moved to nether. • [Warzone] Debut map's warzone theme is summer x spring x canyon. • [Overworld] The new overworld's theme in mainly based on canyon x plains. Updates Additions & Changes • [NEW] Faction balance top /f baltop • [NEW] Faction management, manage your faction through gui. • [UPDATED] Partner item pop up, scoreboard, class & global Partner cooldown colors! • [UPDATED] Air plates now boost +30 blocks higher! • [UPDATED] Overworld border is now 1.5K Blocks • [UPDATED] LFF, now it shows the ranks too. • [UPDATED] Now you can place cobwebs in warzone. However they disappear after 30 seconds. • [UPDATED] Lootbox opening visual is now faster and now 3 people can open the same time. • [UPDATED] Bard effects (resistance 3 40 energy last 3 seconds - strength 2 45 energy lasts 5 seconds, regeneration 3 40 energy lasts 3 seconds, speed 3 20 energy last 5 seconds, jumpboost 4 25 energy lasts 5 seconds. • [UPDATED] /coords • [UPDATED] From now on a faction cannot be disbanded if any of their members are in event area. • [ADDED] Sell all valuables sign. • [ADDED] Combo Fish • [NERFED] Made that so it is 50% harder to get kill keys than previous seasons. • [DISABLED] Daily rewards, quests, playtime rewards, /surprise & /support in order to prevent people from getting unlimited loot through alts. • [DISABLED] Natural mob spawning in overworld • [REMOVED] Sapphire, Ruby, OP, Ability Crates. • [ADDITION] Faction coupons are now back on store, create a ticket in order to get extra information. • [FIXED] Hunger Baguette bug. • [FIXED] Now /f lockclaim works for Cold+ Rank. NEW Kill Tags Custom kill tags are now available at store! You can purchase any kill tag you want or purchase everything at once in order to save money. This directly helps these creators out but just remember you can only do this once every map so pick wisely. As many of you already know Kenzoo has returned to Cold Network, it is an honor to have him directly on the team to give us feedback on where he wants HCF to be and what things need to be changed asap. Cold Network Practice Our New Season of Practice has officially started! Cold Network POTSG Cold Networks all custom POTSG will be making a return, this will be automatic games hosted on the network. POTSG will have daily events, prizes and much more happening. You will also be allowed to announce games with an in game command if you are a donator rank so stay on the lookout for this. PotSG rewards will also not only help you on the leaderboards for potsg but will give you perks on other gamemodes such as uhc, practice, hcf, kitmap and much more! Pushishment Reset All Bans, Blacklists, Mutes, Both Temporary and Permanent have been wiped to give players a second shot. This also comes with the removal of unbans from our store.
